Linea Pelle nasce ad Altamura nel 2001 dall\u2019amicizia e dallo spirito d\u2019impresa di due giovani soci, Paolo e Francesco. Si parte dall\u2019import-export di pellami per l\u2019arredamento; oggi serviamo industrie del mobile imbottito, laboratori di tappezzeria e artigiani in tutta Italia e all\u2019estero, con 465 colori sempre pronti a magazzino.<\/p>

Our job is choosing. Every month tanneries and suppliers offer us new articles: we study them in every detail, put them in our customers\u2019 hands, and only when the market responds do they join the ready-to-ship range. Supplier and customer at the same table: it is the formula that saves time and puts the right proposal in front of you.<\/p>

Over the years we have become accredited with selected Italian tanneries and we have chosen trusted mills for our fabrics. These relationships are the source of the continuity of supply, consistent quality and distributor prices that our customers find again with every reorder.<\/p>

And when the material alone is not enough, we bring in the machines too: CAD cutting, laser engraving, perforation and made-to-order work, in our atelier in Altamura. Because a supplier is truly useful when it also helps you improve your product.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The beginnings<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    In Altamura, Paolo and Francesco start an import-export business in furniture leathers with foreign countries. Enterprise and complementary characters: these are the foundations of Linea Pelle, and they still hold today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The first warehouse<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Upholstered furniture is changing and its makers need a supplier close at hand. The warehouse is born: a complete service, designed for the small craftsman as much as for large industry, where you find the material for everyday work and new ideas for your own product.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  3. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t2006<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Italian processing only<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    We choose to sell only leathers processed in Italy. The team grows, we move to larger premises and our first dedicated services are born: direct deliveries with our own vehicles and made-to-measure sample books.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  4. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t2012<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Research and development<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Our Research and Development department is born. We buy the raw material directly and follow its transformation into finished leather together with our partner tanneries: this is how we design our own articles and colours, in line with furniture trends, and develop them with customers on their instructions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    A specialised graphic designer joins the company and the service grows: customised sample books, colour cards and displays, up to turnkey projects for showrooms and fit-outs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Il primo velluto, dalle colorazioni moderne, \u00e8 un successo immediato. Da l\u00ec la gamma cresce con tessuti di tendenza scelti per l\u2019arredo: oggi sono 19 collezioni accanto alle pelli.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Machines arrive for CAD cutting, laser engraving and perforation to design, even on large surfaces. Logos, decorative patterns and technical parts become made-to-order work, from sample to series.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
