Cookies are small text files that a website saves in the browser of whoever visits it. This page explains which ones this website uses and why. In short: technical cookies only, no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies. That is why the website does not show a consent banner.
Technical cookies
They are needed for the website to work and, under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante’s guidelines of 10 June 2021, they do not require consent.
- lp_pdf_pronto: created when you download a technical sheet, the catalogue or your moodboard as a PDF, it tells the page that the file is ready. It lasts two minutes.
- lp_ordine_ok: created when you confirm your first order with the code received by email. It tells the website that your email has already been verified from this browser, so we do not ask you for the code again on your next orders. It does not contain your email in plain text and lasts 12 months after your last order.
- newsletter-…: only for newsletter subscribers, when they confirm their subscription, edit their profile or open a link from our emails. It recognises the subscriber when managing the profile and lasts 30 days.
- wordpress_logged_in, wordpress_sec, wp-settings and wordpress_test_cookie: only for those who log in to the reserved area to manage the website. Visitors do not receive them.
Preferences saved in the browser
Some choices stay in your browser’s memory (localStorage and sessionStorage) and are not sent to us: the samples added to the moodboard, the background and view chosen in the moodboard, the light or dark theme and the glass tone, and how far you had scrolled through the opening video. You can delete them from your browser settings.
On the Order page your browser also keeps the lines of the order you are preparing, until you send it, and the form details if you leave “Remember my details” ticked, so that you find them again for your next order. They only reach us when you send the order. To remove them, just untick the box or remove the lines.
Google map
The map on the Contact page does not load by itself: until you press “Show the map”, the website sends no request to Google. If you open it, Google may save its own cookies, according to its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The “Open in Google Maps” button takes you directly to Google’s website.
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you also block technical cookies, some features, such as downloading PDFs, may not work.
