The process

A sketch on a sheet of paper, a quick snapshot, a CAD file ready to go: that is all it takes to start. Write to us in the chat, call us or visit us in Altamura, where you can see and touch the materials in person. A member of our team replies, not a form, within one working day. Together we work out what you want to achieve, who the piece is for and where it will live.
The project passes into the hands of the people who will actually make it, and they study it with you: materials, processes, leather yield and lead times. If something can be done better, or costs less done another way, we tell you before, not after. Within 2 working days you receive a first proposal with a quote, clear line by line. No surprises once the project is under way.
Leather and fabric are chosen by touch, not by looking at a screen. From the 465 colours in stock we select the ones that suit your project and send you the samples. You compare them in the light of your own space, set them against the other materials and choose without doubts. And when you order, you find the same batch available.
Design, materials and processes come together in a concrete draft, with the layout of the pieces and the chosen finishes. This is the time for variants and improvements: a detail to move, a seam to change, a colour to try again. We refine it together, as many times as needed, until it is exactly as you imagined it.
Nothing starts without your go-ahead. You approve the draft, the materials and the final quote, with everything that has been decided set down in black and white. Together we set the delivery times: from that moment you know exactly what will arrive, and when.
We make the final prototype and you approve it in person, before the series begins. Then production starts: machine cutting, the same material from the first piece to the last and quality control piece by piece. We ship throughout Italy, and your dies stay with us, ready for reorders.
